I would recommend Matthew Crockett to any one. He is an Agent who has lived in Albion Park for quite a few years with a young family. He came around to give an appraisal and we said we were not ready to sell yet. When time came to sell he came around and advised about getting rid of clutter. Was professional in signing Sales Agreement. He gave us information about marketing the property on the Internet. Kept us informed when photographer was coming to take photos. Advised that he would have the photos the next morning and listing would go live that afternoon. He was true to his word. He came to Open House on day and was professional in his attitude and making sure everything was in place. By the end of the second Open House he had an offer on the house. Always willing to say hello and have a quick chat. I have never had this with any other Agent. I would highly recommend Matthew as he set the right price and got the sale quickly.
