Rob stepped in for his colleague in his absence and helped finalize the sale of my property.
Rob was involved in the finalisation of my sale. My actual agent left for an overseas holiday the day after I accepted an offer for my property. You would never have known Rob was not the agent who was getting the commission for my sale. He absolutely went above and beyond to help with the exchange of contracts and sale completion.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish having Liam Tebbutt as my sales agent.
Liam was an absolute professional throughout the whole process. I was so confident in his honest and trustworthy support. Although he was always professional, he was also very personable and I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble for him. Dealing with Liam was like communicating with a friend. He provided a great balance of regular updates without me feeling overwhelmed. He had a great knowledge of the local market and was honest from the start that my property was located in a unique, niche area and the average length of time on the market could be longer then some other areas. I was so appreciative of this honest assessment instead of being made grandiose promises about how quickly my property would sell. For someone such as myself who was somewhat jaded by 'fast talking' , arrogant realestate agents I had dealt with in the past, Liam was like a breath of fresh air.
