Nathan from One Agency Ellul Property Group was fantastic! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was so friendly and helpful. From the minute he walked into my home for the appraisal, Nathan gained my trust immediately. For me, I was selling my family home of 36 years with a life time of memories. He understood the emotions attached and made me feel at ease right away. He had amazing knowledge of the area and industry with plenty of potential buyers lined up waiting to see my home. Nathan was very professional and constantly kept me up to date throughout the whole process, which was not long at all as he got a deposit at the first open home inspection and my home was officially sold 2 weeks later. Nathan worked hard to support both us as a buyer, without compromising his obligation to his other client, the seller. I felt as though he had our best interests at heart & offered quality & sound advice when it came to organising building & pest inspection. He accommodated all our requests, and liaised with his client to give us extra opportunities for additional inspections (electrical and solar). He was very responsive, and kept communications flowing, keeping us in the loop at all times.
