Just a short note to say thank you for your invaluable contribution towards our Mayfield purchase. As you know the property is over 100 years old and with it came it's share of structural / cosmetic quirks. A lesser agent would not have been able to methodically work thru each item, constantly updating and finding middle ground for both vendor and buyer as each development came to surface.
