A real estate agent you can rely on
After searching for well over a year we finally managed to buy a property in Canberra. That means we went through most of the real estate agents especially in the Gungahlin area. Dealing with Yubi was exceptional and I would like to recommend Yubi for buyers and sellers in the real estate domain. Yubi was honest, clear in his dealings and went through reasonable options to finalise a deal which I believe is a win win for both parties, considering the tough market situation (for both buyers and sellers). Yubi was punctual and set reasonable expectations. Yubi went beyond what could be expected from a traditional real estate agent and liaised with both the solicitors, us and the sellers to manage multiple tasks and took them to completion whilst removing hurdles that could have delayed or complicated the situation and thus the outcome.
