I was concerned when the business was merged with One Agency as I prefer my property management business to be 'stand alone'. However, Ashlee and the team have proven to be reliable and attentive to my property in regards to maintaining the property to a solid standard. Ashlee keeps me fully informed re R&M issues and, as importantly, assessing tenant applications to ensure they are of good quality. She has shown herself to be fearless in managing tenants who are not meeting the standards/terms of the Tenancy Agreement. I trust her to look after my property and prioritise my investment.

I have found One Agency always helpful and they take time to listen to any concerns I may have. The inspections done on the property I rent have always been done in a Professional yet friendly manner as well as prompt communication with the Landlords should I have any concerns re maintenance etc. It is my belief that all the staff are first class at the office as well as with my personal communication with Rachel who usually deals with the Inspections.

Since then we have purchased 3 properties of which One Agency look after for us. Ashlee has been and continues to be amazing! We cannot speak highly enough of the team and the wonderful job they do!
