What I really mean is that Craig Schofield was the sellers agent but because he was so easy to approach, answered any questions I had and would make it easy for me to have access to the home after the contracts were exchanged....I felt he was working for me. As I was in the process of buying my first ever home it was nerve wracking and Craig was easy to work with and did not mislead me in any way about the house that I can tell. I viewed numerous homes with Craig. There is actually no other real estate agent in Cooma that I have met that has been honest, fair and pleasant to work with besides Craig. I'm still yet to talk to Craig in person in regards to the sale of my house in Cooma. All communication over the sale was conducted via emails and phone calls, which while a tad impersonal, is in all regards very practical when not residing in Cooma. I had known Craig through his time working with Boller and Co and have always found him to be very professional in his conduct and friendly in his demeanour.
