We were very happy with Craig and his help to us in order to buy this block of land in Cooma. I, Jeanette Burt, was the one that wanted it and the size and the shape of the block and the position of the block I am truly so, so happy with. It is for us an ideal block to what we wanted. For us in a few years time we will have absolutely no problems as far as we know to build on it. We wanted that block of land and Craig was a big help in the execution for us to purchase it. Real Estates are very important not only to the seller, but also the buyer that is interested and wants to buy that particular property. Whether it be land, house, unit, townhouse, house and land package - whatever it is. The Real Estate is important to sell but for us it was important for us to buy and Craig was a big part of that. We really are so happy, so pleased and really appreciate the experience. It was a good experience. Only downfall was the sellers kept asking for more time, more time. We didn't really care because it is only land and we weren't moving in or in any hurry to build so no inconveniance to us but we were afraid they were going to change their mind and pull out. In the end all went through. So thank you. Jeanette Burt
