Excellent communication, very comfortable process
Anthony represented us as the vendor for selling our house and honestly he is the most proficient agent i've ever known. His communication was spot on, always respectful, always informative and never over the top or spam-ish. He helped us with advice on 'value for money' capital improvements that allowed us to list and sell our house for a price that was above and beyond what we expected to acheive. If you want the best result on your property and you want to avoid the over-inflated fluffy promises that typically come with some agents, Anthony is your guy - a genuinely excellent person who is great at his job.
