I wasn't sure how to best go about selling my house as it needed a bit of work. Dean explained how much potential it had and how good the location was and advised me at each step of the way what he thought was the way to go. They coordinated all the trades people and made everything so easy for me. They recommended taking the house to auction which I wasn't sure about, but that strategy worked - there were heaps of people at the auction result was way more than they estimated. When I was inside listening to the auction and they got to a certain number I said to the agent who was with me "I'm happy with that" and she said "hold on, they haven't finished yet!" and sure enough they kept going. The auctioneer was great at keeping more bids coming. I was very happy with the price I got and very surprised.
