Lindy response to my enquiry about sale was quick. She knew the area and the current demand and market buoyancy. Her marketing was quick and comprehensive. All the fees and steps along the way were explained. Within two week there was an open house. Along the way I was updated on interest. An offer was made quickly within the advertised price range. Four weeks after contacting Lindy Harris the contracts for the sale were exchanged. Lindy Harris has now sold 2 homes for me both with quick outcomes.
