Lindy did an excellent job conducting pre-sale research and managing our expectations throughout the sales process. She ensured that her team kept us informed about the internet traffic and inquiries regarding the sale. Although it is not entirely confirmed, I have a feeling that her sales approach is more suited to handling a high volume of sales in her portfolio, rather than prioritizing the best price for the seller. This became apparent during the consultation process when potential buyers presented less than desirable bids and Lindy seemed inclined to accept the first offer. That said, her understanding of the local market may have indicated that the bids were good and I merely got a better price through perseverance. Overall a good experience and happy with the Lindy and her team.
