Could not recommend Lindy & her team enough
Lindy’s communication throughout the whole process exceeded all expectations. Not only Lindy but her whole team continue to provide updates , constant communication, always available via phone call / text , friendly & had our best interest at heart. I will miss speaking to all the staff !!

Helpful from start to finish
Brook was great to deal with from the start! She had heard through a colleague what we were after in buying a home to live in. She contacted us with a home she just received the keys for, in an area we didn’t think we could afford in but matched what we were looking for. She was so flexible and accommodating on our very short schedule to find a place, being able to meet us at the property for viewings at different times. She assisted us throughout the process of signing the contract and kept us up to date always on what was happening and when. It was a difficult time to buy between Christmas and New Years but Brook still took time out to provide information to us either via phone call or text message. I would definitely recommend Brook and would use her again to find a property in the future. Thanks Brook in helping us find this property, and get us in in such a short time frame! We appreciate it.

First-Rate Service & Outcome
Lindy Harris of One Agency Singleton has won multiple awards. Her knowledge of the market is second to none. We were constantly kept in the loop and also received updates on market trends. Lindy and her team are extremely competent and love getting the best result for their clients, which they did for us. I've dealt with other Singleton estate agents and find Lindy to be the best. As an extra bonus, her commission is the cheapest.

Lindy and her team at One Agency were absolutely fantastic in selling both our much loved family home and our investment property. From our first meeting with Lindy and Brooke we felt very confident with their professionalism and market knowledge. They went above and beyond with our sale and we sold both teams very quickly with the price that we wanted. We felt included in all aspects of the process and were always kept up to date after open homes and inspections.
