Confident and knowledgeable
From the moment we met Lindy she presented as confident and knowledgeable about where our house fit into Singleton's market. She listened to what we wanted out of the sale and worked professionally between us and the buyers to achieve the best outcome for both parties. Sold in 2 days with Lindy after 2 months on market with another local agent
From the moment we met Lindy at our property we new she was the right agent for us. She confirmed everything we thought and expected for our property before we said it to her. She was extremely knowledge about the area and property’s on the market and recently sold. We engaged Lindy to appraise our unit after we were on the market with another agency in the area for 2 months. And Lindy and Brook had an offer at full asking price after only 2 days on market!! We look forward to our next property venture and having Lindy sell for us again, my only regret is we didn’t connect with her earlier!
