Not all agents are created equal
We couldn’t be happier to provide a review for Lindy from One Agency. From our first meeting it was clear that Lindy was very different from the many, many other agents we have dealt with. Genuine, no nonsense and understanding of OUR position and requirements as buyers. We loved that about her, we connected, she connected us with the vendor by relaying their experiences and what they wanted out of the process which isn’t just to sell their home. What we saw of Lindy was a professional who was not solely focused on selling for a vendor and a commission. Lindy was conscious of the entire process of sale and purchase and everyone involved in making what can be a stressful time, so much more enjoyable.

Amazing selling experience
From the marketing to inspections the whole process has been professional. We highly recommend Bonny. She is honest & always happy & will keep you informed with everything. Our selling experience has been an emotional one as it’s been our family home for many years. Bonny has kept the process easy & we are forever greatful. We are so happy to have worked alongside Bonny & One Agency. Bonny knows the area well & has a good rural outlook. She is involved with all local events & has a young family growing up in a rural lifestyle. This puts you at ease knowing she lives & loves the outdoors. Highly recommended
I could write a thousand words on what a great job Bonny did in selling my mum's house but I'll keep it short = Bonny did an excellent job from start to finish. Not only were all the nuts and bolts in selling a house executed quickly and efficiently, but Bonny consistently went the extra mile by organising the staging of the property and with the removal / selling of the larger items of furniture (even asking her husband to help out I believe!). Rest assured, based on my experience, Bonny will do a great job on your behalf and I esteem her highly.

Couldn't ask for more
Bonny is extremly passionate, professional and knowledgeable. Bonny was outstanding from day one through to today ,being 1st home buyers we had tones of questions and what if moments but bonny was there to guide us through each and every step ,no matter how silly the question or how of the mark we were bonny had the solution for each hurdle. Bonny's Professional knowledge of the market gave us the confidence to purchase the 2nd home that we. Bonny also eliminated our search of finding a Solicitor Conveyancer, Mortgage Broker & Building & Pest Control. She went the extra 'mile' to assist us in this area, certainly saving us the anguish of who we could trust and where do we start. Virtually a 'One Stop' for all our Legal requirements. Certainly time, and cost effective services and truly appreciated these services that Bonny assisted us with.
