As a first home buyer i first went into their office very nervous about what to do and where to go with the whole process of buying a house in particular one through them that i liked.the atmosphere felt nice and inviting with a bit of chatting with staff they handed me a paper which was a general guide on what to do for a first home buyer like me.very much handy as they did not have to do that and sent me on my way. I went and seen the bank and was not approved to borrow that much money. Bummed out i went to see another real estate about another property, they and the property was great but still didnt seem right for me so i decided to move on. Sitting at home with another search low and behold was THE house I wanted in my price range with one agency as the realtor i couldnt be more excited. I headed straight into the office and was greeted by the same wonderful people i knew it was right for me.
