Right from our initial meeting with Lindy and her team we were very happy with the professionalism, market knowledge and communication that they offered. This was the first time we had ever sold a property and we knew it wasn't going to be the easiest sale ... we had tenants in the property (managed by another agent) that weren't ideal. When Lindy found a purchaser, there were also a few hiccups on their end that were totally out of Lindy's control. However through it all, Lindy and her team were always very informative and provided excellent advice during every step of the selling process. Things always got done when Lindy and her team said they would be done and they always maintained excellent communication between us and our chosen solicitor.
