Above and beyond

Integrity, intelligence and initiative

I found Mark and his team to be insightful of the housing market, noting nuances in the Sunraysia context. Well thought through advice meant only 2 showings resulted in 21 formal offers, with the house sold within a week. Mark has all the right connections which meant I could sell my house from the comfort of a new setting more than six hours away. He connected me to Anita who staged the house, an above standard house cleaner and lawns manicurist. The advertisement package was absolutely above standard, resulting in offers before the first official showing. Thanks to Mark and the team for a result more than I thought possible, faster than I thought possible.

Mark and his associates at One Agency were a pleasure to work with when selling my brother’s house
