We Couldn't Be Happier With Mark Thornton And His Team At One Agency Real Estate!

We couldn't be happier with Mark Thornton and his team at One Agency Real Estate! Selling your home is probably one of the biggest decisions we will make in our lifetime. When we made the decision to sell our home, we contacted three different agents to give us an appraisal. Mark is extremely personal and very knowledgable about the local market. He did his homework thoroughly and compared similar houses in our area but he was the only one to see the unique qualities and characteristics of our home and the potential it had on the market. His appraisal ended up being $150K above the appraisals of the other real estate agents. When we decided to sign with Mark, he sat us down and explained all the real estate terminology and how the selling process works. His help and recommendations to what we could do to improve the value of our home proved beneficial. He and his assistant Letichia were in constant contact with us throughout the whole selling process which helped to set our minds at ease. In the end we were able to sell our home at the top of our price range which was over $150K above the highest appraisal of the other real estate agents.
