First class experience
We mainly dealt with Neil but Helena was very accommodating as was Alison, their Office Manager. Neil was not in the office the day we first saw the property but he took the time to meet with us after hours so we could look the through the property that night. Since then, Neil has assisted us with details of people he uses for maintenance who we are looking to engage for our existing property. Overall experience has been first class.

Neil has always gone above and beyond when showing me through houses not on Saturdays but short notice bookings Sundays, Neil takes time out of his days off to ensure potential buyers can view properties of interest, which many agents wont do. Professional, helpful and friendly.
Neil & Helena were professional, friendly and very helpful throughout the process of the transaction. They managed to negotiate more than I expected from the vendor when it came to the fixtures & fittings of the property. Even after the settlement date they extend a helping hand with some of the the pain of moving and settling in to our new home.

The human face of real estate!
Knowing that it would soon be for sale, Neil Mani showed me the house early and stayed in contact throughout the pre-auction sale period. I appreciated his candour, friendliness and consideration - securing permission from his vendor that allowed us to leave items on the property before settlement, helping us move pot plants in pouring rain and introducing some of our neighbours.
