From day one Neil came to us with a game plan that relied heavily on marketing , it may have cost a little more in the beginning but the rewards of selling our house for a great price far out way the initial costs. Quite simply Neil & Helena have been the best agents to have dealt with, ever! From the negotiation process right through to the unconditional contract this process has been a breeze. Their ability to keep us up to date with the whole process has also been second to none, so at no point did we feel that we didn't know what was going on. The negotiation process in particular was one of the best we have been through and we always felt like we were in with a chance. Upon meeting Neil and Helena, it was clear they were true professionals within their field. They presented great vision and marketing strategy. They were very helpful throughout our auction process with endless feed back on potential buyers for our property. They also helped my wife and I clean and clear our premises for open houses as we have a little one which made it hard at times. We eventually went to auction. They both worked extremely hard in the lead up, which I believe led to us getting a fantastic result on auction day. If you are looking to sell your home, I would highly recommend Neil and Helena.

Neil and Helena were a delight to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble - they were prompt with responses and finding out information. We had a difficult settlement due to problems with financing but Neil stuck with us through the process, expertly negotiating a couple of extensions to 'cooling off' period for us. We were thrilled that we have finally settled, thanks to the competence and patient support given by Neil. We especially were thrilled by the extra care shown by such things as a bow on the door for our final inspection. I don't think we could have had a more attentive agent. We would highly recommend them and would gladly deal with them again.
