I find it hard to get in touch with anybody and the systems used to even lodge a maintenance issue are complicated and not user friendly at all. We also have not been able to log in to do the initial rental review upon moving in to the property. There have been a couple of plumbing issues which have been looked quite quickly but only partly fixed. The house is not worth the rent being charged as we have had to buy forks as there was only one for a five bedroom house and no toaster at all. It is very frustrating and disappointing that is seems to be so difficult to get any help.
