Working hard for the landlord.
Janeen’s knowledge of the town and what’s going on commercially, in government and industry gave her the confidence get the rent I believed was possible. Other agencies were ‘realistic’ whereas Janeen was confident and bold. She went the extra mile in preparing a market analysis of the town and what similar properties were fetching. With One Agency you will have Janeen not only as your initial contact but also as your ongoing property manager. You won’t be handed over to a lesser experienced property manager after the agreement is signed. She ensured I got a tenant that suited my requirements and it was only a few business days from the ad going online to me getting a lease signed.

Great Efficiency
Really efficient service with finding a tenant and the process was transparent. Very easy to talk and deal with during the whole process.

Good Agency
Very professional agency. Always do property inspections and advise of any problems. If their is any maintenance to be done you are notified and repairs done quickly.

Best Property Manager ever!!
Janeen made the decision to have her manage our property so easy as she is absolutely brilliant, so informative. She guided us through the process of renting our property every step of the way. Would highly recommend Janeen, she is very professional and efficient.

Professional and very responsive
Janeen at One Agency is incredibly professional. Unlike any agency I've dealt with previously, the team at One Agency is very responsive and attend to issues very quickly. Janeen is also very thorough and has a great eye for detail which is great for both landlords and tenants yet still reasonable and flexible when it makes sense to be so.
