Kevin took on our rental to sell for us. He is a gem. He did open days every week and communication back to us about what buyers thought what they didnt like and their thoughts on price. He followed up prospective buyers and went over and above He was excellent and I really can highly recommend Kevin if you are thinking of selling. ONE AGENCY are amazing, Peter and Angie were so great and helpful with the sale of our property. The first time we met them they were very professional but also extremely friendly and kind and made us feel at ease. We are living abroad so to have them looking after our property was a relief. My recent experience with Peter and Angie has been top notch , I found them both to be highly professional - whilst maintaining a very down to earth air about them. I had a small hiccup in financing which may of concerned the vendors , however Peter was able to communicate my issues of timing and all was quickly resolved without anyone being unnecessarily distressed.
