Friendly & helpful agent. I would work with him again.

I am a first home buyer and found Richard to be friendly and very helpful which made the whole process less daunting and more informed. He was very patient with all of my questions. He did not use typical, manipulative sales tactics which I found refreshing and made him delightful to work with.
