Hamish was brilliant as the selling agent as he has provided the services in a prompt manner. He organised the inpsection within 30 minute notice. Closed the sale within 12 hours of the offer which made things easier for us, unlike some agents may just hold on to that for a longer period for them to see if other interested buyers may increase their offers. He is very sincere. Highly recommend his services to other prospects (vendors) as he certainly knows his market and he didn't sell it short.
