When it comes to buyers, I believe they deserve so much more than the typical Real Estate Agent delivers. I believe that everyone deserve a pleasurable experience that starts from the very first phone call to long after a person/people take possession of their new home. This is why Buyer reviews are particularly important to me. Unlike sellers (who have chosen my services from the outset) a buyers first experience usually starts when they call or visit one of my "For Sale" properties. I believe in delivering a GOLD CLASS STANDARD to buyers not just so that I an achieve the best for my sellers, but because they DESERVE it. Less stress, more pleasurable - simple. Because I aim to perform, I'm proud that in most suburbs on the Peninsula my results are consistently amongst the very best in the area (whether it be sales volume, averages or reviews) and this is no fluke. Fantastic Result

I have just sold my house with One Agency Redcliffe with a fantastic result. Stephan and Jo were awesome from start to finish. From the first meeting with them they gave me a Honest price guide and marketing program. They achieved a quick sale at a record price far in excess of My expectations. Jo helped me with the presentation of the property even bringing around some of her own pot plants !! The photographer they use did a amazing job presenting the property as good as possible online. We had multiple offers after the first inspection and then it was a very smooth process to settlement. I would 100% recommend anyone looking to sell or buy a property to use the Professional services of One Agency Redcliffe

Great Advice! Understood our plans/intensions and the buyers!

Great Advice! Understood our plans/intensions and the buyers! I have known Stephan since 2015, when we bought this house we just sold. Even back then he understood our purchasing plans and found the solution…straight forward sale and very happy with that outcome… Now 9 years later 2024 (April), actually no, not yet… I have stay in touch with Stephan, as he has with me over the past nine (9) years, chatting about the property market, seeking his advice and our long-term plans with this home (Rental SMSF Investment Property) So when it was time to act, I reached out to Stephan to sell this property. Again, his advice and sale launch strategy/timing were impeccable, I could write a novel on this specific sale, but the main thing is Stephan made it work, liaising heavily with the tenants, the buyer and us. And by us, we live in Bermuda, so the time difference was perhaps the hardest thing to manage… and Stephan again did it well. Trustworthy team that work hard to get the best results for their clients

Stephan and Jo have been the best throughout the process of selling my first home. I requested an appraisal by Stephan as he made an great, easy to deal with impression with a previous buy. Stephan went the extra mile to stage my house with spare furniture as I only had minimal pieces and it looked so good for the open home! Commission was competitive and the results were better than anything promised by other agents and self expectations. Jo is always available and willing to help. Trustworthy team that work hard to get the best results for their clients
