We are happy campers. For a pair of fiercely independent people, who like to do everything ourselves, Lloyd and I were anxious about having to leave the sale of our home in the hands of someone else. We had contacted four real estate agents and told each one we were interviewing them for a job – the sale of our little home. We had been trying to sell our home for a while with another generic real estate office and had been advised to go to auction. The house was passed in and these agents pressed us to accept the highest bidder and that was all the house was worth and then proceeded to pressurize us other the next few weeks to reduce our price. Goodness knows what we were thinking by not using Stephan in the first place but once we changed over to him things really began to change for the better. He and Johanne worked so hard to get the result the home deserved. We were so pleased with the price that he achieved for us as our home was very unique and it needed someone to come along who would love it as we did for the same reasons. Stephan also sold our other home in Brighton for us as well very quickly and again for a record price as well.
