In 2015 we decided to sell our beautiful, long standing home in Mount Riverview in the lower blue mountains. This house was certainly something special and the although too big for us as then empty nesters it was a very emotional decision for us. Other than it being too large in size everything else was both perfect and difficult to replicate. The One Agency Reeves team, and particularly Andrew, recognised the sensitivity surrounding the sale and was regularly testing the "mood" it was like we were part of his family. The relationship we had with Andrew and his team was beyond what you would expect and a key reason why we chose them to sell our home recently in Penrith. The Penrith terrace house in the new Thornton estate at north Penrith was initially purchased following the sale of Mount Riverview whilst we developed our "forever" home plans for our future retiring needs. Like the Mount Riverview sale experience once we had locked in our future plans, the One Agency Reeves team developed a marketing plan that sold our home quickly to people they had in mind for this purchase for sometime. This was definitely a win / win for all concerned. The terms of the sale were struck to meet both our and the purchasers specific needs and all the time the One Agency Reeves team kept us informed. The thing we noticed with the Thornton sale compared to the Mount Riverview sale is that Andrew has grown his team, however that "part of the family" feeling remains across the team, a culture for success in the Real Estate business. Andrew has also sold the homes of both of our sons over that time as we see him as part of our family also.
