This is the second property Andrew and his Team have sold for us within the last 3 months and in both cases we followed Andrew's advice and achieved truly outstanding results. It's the help given that takes the stress out of selling such as providing and locating signage and advertising for the garage sale, suggesting and organizing and overseeing the tradies for the renovations, which we agreed were needed. He handled all of this very efficiently and within budget. Even looking after the rubbish collection was just part of the service. Communication throughout the process was excellent, professional, easy-going and friendly. Andrew and his team are without doubt the best we have dealt with.

We have had an amazing experience with Andrew and his team for over 6 months now. We first got him to see us when we decided to move and rent out our house. Unlike some other agents we saw Andrew was knowledgeable, punctual and informative. We rented out our house through his agency for 6 months before deciding to sell and whether it was dealing with him directly or other members of the staff we have always had a positive experience. They have also been very respectful of our tenants throughout the sale process which has been great for them as well as us.
