Henry had his costings commissions and advertising all ready when he turned up for the appraisal. All the other agents some it took over a week to get back to us, we had 7 inspections and not one offer, Henry said we needed to drop the price, probably more than we wanted, he went back to all the 7 who viewed and one put an offer in, we were expecting more but in Henry's opinion maybe the property was listed too high in the first place
