We have been in the property business for 40 years as project managers and development consultants. We have dealt with many real estate agents over that period. Some were good and others were commission centred only. We have been involved in the construction and sale of some 2,500 residential and industrial properties so have a fair idea of what ‘service’ means. Debbie and David have excelled from the time of listing to the ultimate sale. In a buyers market we sold in 3 weeks. We also purchased through Bell Property. We rarely give 5 stars but in this instance we would give 6 stars if available. Well done. Highly recommended.

David and Debbie have helped change the course of my life by orchestrating the sale of my beloved house in Bowral and purchase of an acreage in Werai/Exeter , something I have long aspired to , especially with horses , dogs , a cat and now chickens . It started with an aspiration and morphed into reality with the least stress I could have wished for and that is a blessing on it's own. The process evolved organically and we got the desired outcome with objectivity , suitability and attainability at the forefront of the mission , now accomplished in a relatively short space of time . A Kind of pinch yourself moment , " Is this really happening " ? The answer is affirmative and I am thrilled at the prospects now in front of me . I had doubts and indecisions going round in my head but David and Debbie were reassurring and gently encouraging , never pressurring me to commit to something that wasn't reconciled in my decision because they know this is a life changing moment where people invest emotionally , financially and spiritually . For me that is essential and I thank them profusely for enabling this incredible transition . I am truly grateful and commend their consummate professionalism . I will miss my beautiful little pocket in Bowral but know that the new owner will cherish nature's bloom and the changing seasons as much as I have and Belle property were instrumental in creating that seamless exchange as well . I needed my hand held and they guided me up the Yellow Brick Road and now I'm wearing Ruby slippers , looking forward to creating my very own Oz . Dreams really can come true .
