About Ellen

Ellen has been an iconic part of the real estate world in the Whitsundays for 20 years. Her daughter Bek joined her over 17 years ago and Team Kerr was created. There is a magical bond between them and they are proud to be the Whitsundays iconic Mother/Daughter Team delivering an exceptional service to their clients. Ellen has a very interesting background which includes a long career at Deakin University and running her own building business for over 20 years. As a home owner and an investor she has a wealth of experience of personally buying, selling and designing homes which assists her in supporting the many varied needs of her clients. A strong advocate of balancing her work/personal life she likes to keep fit which includes gym workouts and long walks along the Airlie Beach boardwalk. Ellen is also a strong supporter of her local community and supports many charity organisations. She also loves quiet times at home with her two chihuahuas Princess Pumpkin and Ragnar. Ellen’s secret to waking up excited every day to the job she loves is Passion. She believes Passion is the main ingredient to build everlasting relationships with her clients. After working for three of the major real estate companies during her career Ellen is delighted to now be the Owner of One Agency Team Kerr a boutique agency where you can be guaranteed of a unique personal real estate experience.

Team Kerr have been a part of the real estate world in the Whitsundays for over 18 years. Well known as the Whitsundays iconic Mother/Daughter Team after working for two of the major real estate companies together they both felt it was time for a change. As their focus has always been on delivering an exceptional professional caring service to their clients they know that their new venture as One Agency Team Kerr gives them the platform to achieve this on a whole new level. Bek’s role as Business Operations and Marketing Manager ensures that all the back of house business for One Agency Team Kerr will operate efficiently and give their clients the best marketing opportunities to support the sale of their property. Ellen with her bubbly sparkling personality along with her big smile will still be the one to meet with you to discuss your property needs and always just a call away when you need her. Easy peasy

I had little experience with buying in a different location and had been confused about multi-bids etc, etc. So Ellen made the process very easy. Ellen's agency was very transparent and communicated professionally with me so in the end, the process was effortless. Very grateful for Ellen. And have a beautiful property.

Excellent service received

We have been very fortunate to have worked with Ellen in both buying and selling 2 properties previously. This is covering a time span of over 18 years. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with Ellen again. Throughout the whole process, Ellen was professional, warm and has a wonderful eye for detail. I hardly had to do a thing!

Over the years I have called upon Ellen for both buying and selling properties around the Airlie area. While others promise, she delivers while making a sometimes complex process appear almost seamless. She takes a lot of the stress out of the deal. Her direct communication style means I’m not left guessing. Plenty of agents in the area come and go however Ellen is a long term local with a continuous career in real estate there. Very passionate about her business.
