We chose Vince Salvatore from "OneAgenct the Parks" after speaking with 3 local estate agencies. We did this to gauge if their campaign ideas would truly present our home as we thought it should appear on the market. We were realistic about our prospects as we had keenly followed the market over a number of years. Vince presented his ideas precisely and answered our questions honestly. The campaign was short but well organised. We were very pleased with the level of interest and home visits generated and the detail of feedback Vince provided . On the big day, Vince put us at ease and Auctioneer, Michael Poulos, did his job well. We were delighted when the Auction team closed the bidding well above our expected selling price. Vince Salvatore was extreamly reliable and incredibly easy to work with . No question left unanswered we got a trailered solution for our unique property which we knew was not a straight forward sale Vince had it sold in under 1 week . Professionalism , market knowledge and honesty made us feel very confortable with the whole process. His communication is undoubtably the best I have ever come across and his process , it just works ! We where only dreaming about going to Europe this year , now with Vinces help He has made this dream come true he negotiated a super price well beyond our expectations .
