Sale of House in Douglas Sept 2023
Nicole has valuable insights into the local market and went above and beyond what was expected to help us secure our sale. Prior to sale, the house was rented through Nicole's rental team. We do not live close and when it was time to put it on the market Nicole assisted with the required updates to ensure it looked presentable !
