Fantastic agent, easy process 5star raring!

After interviewing several local agents for the job of selling my house, I instantly knew David was the agent for us. Approachable, wasy to communicate with and Reliable David has my house sold in 20 days. I was very pleased that he kept in communication every step of the way and was very accommodating of our needs for a fast sale yet at the right price. May I add that the other severe agencies valued my house well under David and David knew exactly what I could achieve financially and he got it. Absolute Legend

Happy client

I originally met David through another business and found him approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. When I listed my home with him I was unsure of what the final price or timeframe but was certain of my low price. David was patient and when the right buyer did arrive he established rapport and closed the sale negotiating a good price despite a slowing market.
