James truly took the time to get to know our family and our home, which, combined with his excellent communication, expertise and advice, made selling our home feel easy. Thanks to James' incredible work ethic and dedication, our home sold in just 4 days, with a result that we were ecstatic with! If you're looking for an agent who truly cares, delivers on their promises, and goes above and beyond for their clients, we couldn't recommend James highly enough.

James was professional and welcoming since day one of our search, thankfully we found our perfect home through him. Thank you James for your support and guidance through our journey.

Ky Stacey looked after the sale of my mother’s home in Appin recently. He was kind and patient with my mum, and took all the hassle out of the process, selling her home within a few days for a great price. He followed up carefully with my Mum throughout, and kept me informed by phone and email, as I live in Melbourne. I cannot speak highly enough about the care he showed, and the help he provided. I recommend him unreservedly. He even sent my Mum flowers when the sale happened. Dr Ralph Hampson

We've been working with Ky for a while to help us sell our house during a difficult time in the market. We're very happy that Ky sold our house and excited for the new owners. Ky was receptive to marketing changes and we collaborated regularly on our next steps in the campaign. Ky understood that we were happy for him to use his initiative at times to get things done and did so accordingly. We're not the easiest vendors - we're a young family and we're always too busy to get hold of. Ky is hungry and persistent to get the job done and gets personally involved in trying to make things happen. Ky was also very helpful with the bigger picture of our move - for example helping find potential properties to buy.

Ky was always so friendly and his customer service was excellent. He was always quick with any and all queries.

Damien kept me up to date throughout the process of the sale. He was very knowledgeable regarding the market and a great communicator. Very happy with the service received.

Damien has been with us from renting, preparation for Sale and the Final Sale. With his knowledge and organisational skills everything has run seamlessly. We highly recommend Damien and his team at Highlands Property for any property and real estate needs.

Listened to our requirements and gave good advice, also kept us informed at all times ..
