Melissa Verschuur was truly exceptional. I met her through a colleague of mine, Michael Verschuur. As a duo team of One Agency Verschuur Property Group, these two were admirably brilliant and certainly got me the best price for our property in Park Ridge even in a time when the market isn’t a seller’s market. The proceeds allowed us to pay off all our debts and enabled us to have a healthy deposit for the new house we bought in Gatton. We even got free advices in other properties we intended to purchase. We are truly grateful for this and so glad we found Melissa through Michael, sold our property that eventually led my daughter and I to finding our new home. We were very impressed with Melissa’s level of professionalism, knowledge and the amount of data that she (in fact, both of them) had about the market in our area. The selling process was so seamless, no stress at all. Melissa organised a professional photographer which presented our home beautifully. Notice for home tours was sufficient and did not cause stress to our fur babies. Her responsiveness was incredible because her feedback was always given promptly. Our timeframes were complex but Melissa listened and truly delivered! My 7-yr old property was listed on Mar 29th, a sale contract was signed Apr 20th after about 3 open homes, and the settlement effected on May 22nd. What an amazing deal I had!
