Great experience
After the property sitting with another agency for many, many months with an unrealistic price we moved to Harry. His knowledge of the market was spot on and the agency managed our expectations on price and potential vendors, with their marketing we sold the property.

Harry highly skilled marketing, communication and very professional
The price for the house was set only after it was on the market for 2 weeks to gauge what it was worth ,was listed $949,000 and sold $920,000. He also Help us find a house for we were downsizing one level and no stairs open plain, Harry sold this property with open houses over 4 month period starting October 2024 ,sold in February and will settle in early April 2025 my wife and I are very happy with OneAGENCY Harry Mangelsdorf would highly recommend Harry to family ,friends
