Sold my house through one agency
I have to admit the process of property sale is not for the faint hearted, however, one agency team lead by Rakesh Waadhwa, have done a fantastic job, went above and beyond to accommodate all that is required to sell my house. On top of that I needed a house to rent after the house sale, again One agency team came to the rescue and helped my family to find a nice house nearby to our old property, close to the schools I have wanted and within the time frame required. The process of final account summary and deposit transfer to me was also correct as anticipated and transferred on the time.
