Exselent ,one off the best i know..
I have done developing houses , townhouses,units last 15 years..from beginning I have try many real estate agent to sell my propertys ...all wos good ,but when I find Rakesh Waadhwa hi come to be the best agent I have ever...that's wos about 7 years back,and he is always the some ,organise ,perfect skills,he sold a property for very good price when market come to be slow,hard.. .he definitely know his job,,i always recommend Rakes ...because hi is the best agent in Tarneit and Wyndham area..

my son was purchasing his first property and we had many questions and phone calls which Rakish had no issues with answering and he made it quite a easy experience. we needed to see the property a few times and nothing was a hassle for him. even when the grandparents wanted a look whist the property was going through settlement this was not a problem. Happy to recommend
