Extra Ordinary Agent!
When I met first time with Rakesh Waadhwa from One Agency about three weeks ago i was so impressed at that moment I didn't feel to go any other agent to sell our home. Therefore i decided i will go only with One Agency to sell our property. However the way they approached to achieve our goal is magnificent. Finally he made it in very short time. Moreover their service, communication, commitment, marketing everything was very professional and helpful. Highly recommended
I met Rakesh over 1 year before I was ready to sell. After our first meeting I was certain that he would be my agent of choice when I was ready. 12 months later we met again. He walked through my home and gave me a list of items to repair, improve, etc I followed his advice at every stage. Our home went on the market for auction (if not sold prior). Rakesh over saw the photographs and 3D tour and I have to say, the house looked amazing! We had many groups through the property and 3 written offers by day 6. At every stage Rakesh, Kept me uptodate which I really appreciated. Selling my home was a huge step for me and Rakesh helped me through every stage and I felt very comfortable because I trusted him. What can I say, Rakesh delivered on every commitment he made and more. I could not recommend him highly enough to any vendor. Happy to provide verbal references to prospective vendors at any time. From the start ten one gave me a clear picture of the sale plan .It was great service they delivered hassle free sale with clear understanding of my expectations with no to minimal of my time spent . I'm a first home buyer. Staff makes me feel more comfortable to ask a lot of questions about the process and property. Staff is nice and friendly with a lot of knowledge about market property. This is a great agent. I would like to highly recommend this agent to anyone.

Couldnt ask for better
Ishaq & Rakesh did a terrific job selling my house. They worked hard to bring in lots of potential buyers. Gave great advice in presenting the property and marketed it brilliantly. Was very happy to get offers at my target price within 2 weeks of listing. They didnt just sit back and wait once i accepted an offer either. They continued marketing and opens until the offer was confirmed. Hard working & dilligent. Great agents.
