Magosia listened to what I wanted in developing her recommended sales plan, and gave clear, researched and professional advice. She seemed to personally "adopt the property" and care about her part in bringing it into the hands of a new owner. She had ideas and networks to help prepare the home (eg, virtual furniture, an efficient painter) and was prepared to personally attend the property as required to save us travel and time. This included allowing time before opens to make sure the presentation was as good as it could be, a great help given the distance between my home and the property being sold. The final negotiations that resulted in a signed contract were efficiently handled, but with a feeling that Magosia cared about both me as the seller and the purchasers. Magosia kept up excellent communication throughout the entire process, taking into account my own activities in the timing of her follow up with me. Magosia exceeded the service expected.
