Kristen and Kim have both been excellent throughout the entire process. Kim is an outstanding property manager who consistently goes above and beyond to help us out, and her knowledge, resourcefulness, and willingness to work collaboratively with us has been greatly appreciated. She is always approachable and happy for us to be hands-on when needed, which we really value.
