SOLD SOLD SOLD - Outstanding Commitment and Professionalism

It seems we listed a little late for what many consider the “best time of the year,” and our house was priced in a range that excluded many first-home buyers, so Kim certainly had her work cut out for her. There was never anything wrong with the house — in fact, it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. Once the contract was signed, we moved out, and because it was a long settlement, Kim kindly offered to keep an eye on the property while we arranged lawn care (thanks Randall!). Everything went through without a hitch. Kim went well and truly above and beyond her job description throughout the entire process. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding. Well done, Kim!
