Warm, welcoming and responsive!

David made us feel very welcome from the open house with a fresh coffee and responsive to all questions - even on weekends! This was needed because there was so much interest that the house went through EOI the day after the open house. I love David's energy but not the blind online auction concept. He guided us through the process well. Recommend on the sell side!
