I engaged Michael to sell my block of land at Elizabeth South in 2018. He persevered with the marketing of my property through a difficult period of downturn in the market to ultimately produce a successful result that exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with Michael's ability to think outside of the box and to act at all times with my best interests in mind. His advice through the negotiation process was excellent and helped me to make well considered decisions in regard to offers that were made. The settlement of my sale was an extended one due to delays by the buyer's bank and Michael was willing to liaise with the buyer and his conveyancer on a regular and frequent basis to ensure that I was kept informed and that the sale went through successfully. All in all I was very pleased with Michael's service - amazing given his fees are lower than most other agents. I will engage his services again when I get the opportunity and would not hesitate in recommending him to others.
