Excellent Service
When we decided to put our property on the market, we sought advice from other agents. We chose Ryan because we felt he had the local knowledge and experience to get us the best, possible price. Some of the other agents were pushy and had inflated opinions of themselves. Ryan was more like a quiet, steady achiever. Ryan is also a good communicator, always keeping us up to date with the progress of inspections, returning our calls as soon as he could and offering sound, impartial and invaluable advice. We had a few bumps along the way, even having to take our property off the market for a while but Ryan guided us through and led us to the successful sale of our home.

Hard working with localmarket knowledge
Ryan helped us for the sale of my property in Lidcombe and I found Ryan to be hard working, knowledgeable and always thinking on the best interest of vendor. Ryan is diligent, polite and have good negotiation skills. One of the thing stands out of Ryan was once a week open house is not enough and he would negotiate clients to come in as per their need so that nobody is missed. I highly recommend Ryan for anybody who would like to use him for Sale of the property.

Fantastic Agent! Sold in days AND got above expectations!
You don't normally expect to have your cake and eat it too. But with Ryan, I recently learned you can. I always found when selling anything, you either sell quickly at a lower price, or be patient until the right buyer comes along. But Ryan managed the sale in such a way that we obtained above our expectations (and we expected quite a bit in this market), in less than a week. Not only efficient, Ryan also displayed his exceptional professionalism at all times, always courteous to all stakeholders involved even under trying circumstances. He gives the impression he is genuinely on your side. Can't recommend highly enough!

The best selling agent to work with. Ryan is very professional, very knowledgeable and gets the job done well. He is patient and helpful with me throughout the process despite numerous phone calls,emails, and questions I had for him. Always had quick answers to questions and got back to me promptly. I really was impressed with was the amount of open houses that were held, which lead to me the highest offer. I was so pleased to have chosen Ryan and happy to move new sweet home.
