One of a Kind Agent!

What a fantastic experience we had with Shane for our FIRST HOUSE! Shane is very different to any other Real Estate Agent we have met before, and becoming a first home owner means you get to meet a lot of them out there. Most agents simply look at the $$ signs and want to get you to sign on that dotted line so that they can make their profit - Shane is the complete opposite to that. We met Shane when we went to view a house which is now our home, and together with his Assistant Maria, they were both so welcoming to us and with the two of them, what you see is what you get - there's no phoniness/pushiness/falseness. Shane was very knowledgeable about the property and you could see that he was a very genuine guy that loves his job. Fast forward a few hours, we decided to put in an offer so Shane was at our house within half an hour to discuss (no waiting games here!). Within about an hour of Shane speaking to the owners, our offer had been approved! It was a very overwhelming day! Shane and Maria were super helpful with everything to do with the settlement and their communication through emails/text were always very prompt. Any time we needed access to the house for inspections etc. Shane or Maria were always flexible to times that suited us, even if it was after hours or on the weekends. I don't think people realise how important a good agent is when you go and view a house for sale - it really is a big factor and contributes to the final result of your experience. If you're wanting to sell or buy a house, I HIGHLY recommend going through Shane and his team. You won't be disappointed! Thanks once again Shane! The now very happy home owners, Laura & Jaxon x

Full marks

Shane Beaumont is as good as his word. With efficiency and reliability, results were amazingly rapid. The sign was hardly up 48 hours, and an offer in the right price range was submitted and accepted. We are delighted and will always think of Shane Beaumont at One Residential first when selling or buying.
