Michael's knowledge in the market made selling of our family home stress free and awesome experience
Outstanding experience with a patient, knowledgeable agent. As first-time sellers we had a hundred questions, and Michael answered every one without ever making us feel rushed. He knew the neighborhood inside out, flagged issues we would have missed. His pricing advice was spot on, photos and staging suggestions made a real difference, and he kept us updated at every step. He handled the negotiation calmly and got us above our target price. If you are selling, you want him in your corner. The process felt effortless on our side, which is the highest compliment we can give.

Michael is the Real Deal
Michael was the first but not the only agent I interviewed. From first meeting, Michael impressed me with his authenticity , knowledge and experience in the suburb of Palmyra. I knew with confidence that my dealings with him would be straightforward and effective, and that his advice for preparing my Aunt's unit for sale would be accurate and cost effective. His estimate was not the highest quoted, but it was entirely in accordance with market expectations as advised by my Real Estate Agent brother-in-law who lives interstate, and proved to be very accurate went it went to sale. Within two days of going to market, Michael had secured the kind of buyer we had hoped for the property (a young family) and a sale price exceeding expectation. Communication was very good throughout and the entire process was highly satisfactory.

Michael is an excellent communicator who worked in our interest as sellers throughout.
Michael is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the Melville area. He was aware of changes in the market as we progressed. He continued to show potential buyers through during the offer process. He helped with advice about work to be done and provided professionals to correct repairs. All staff at One Residential were highly professional. A pleasure to deal with for my first home sale.
